Support Staff-Community Relations Specialist

Job description

This specialized position's responsibilities include implementing and managing numerous Community Relations programs, communication initiatives, and special events for the District. This position will assist in creatively promoting the School District and informing others through effective communication.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Associate's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience.
Five (5) years of experience in special event planning, marketing, or public relations. Good communication skills and ability to work well with a wide variety of people, considerable knowledge of the School District and the community.
