To coordinate and direct facility, design and construction, directing the successful implementation of the Board Approved annual capital outlay work plan, supervision of project management staff and oversight of major construction and capital renewal projects.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Construction with at least eight (8) years’ experience in design and construction management. Preference shall be given to those individuals that are Certified Construction Managers or licensed as an Architect, Professional Engineer or Commercial General Contractor.
Background in educational facilities management preferred. Licensed Architect or Commercial General Contractor preferred. Prior work experience shall include background of managing and directing and managing multiple design and construction projects.
