In this role, the Benefits Education Specialist position requires a thorough understanding of the benefits package offered to employees with the ability to present it in an individual or group setting. Qualified candidates will have the ability to teach and explain highly complex benefits to diverse employees through a group or individual setting. This position will create, design, and publish educational materials, coordinate new hire and open enrollment benefits education as well as maintain the website.
