This position is responsible for the management and oversight of Planning, Design and Construction Controls, which includes the development of planning, design, and construction professional service contracts; management and oversight of the contract and district’s project management system; new project request system; audit support and preparation of various reports for the Chief Facilities Officer.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree; or High School Diploma or GED with a comparable amount of training from an accredited technical school or manufacturer’s school and experience. Construction Certification preferred.

One (1) year of related work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or three (3) years of related work experience with a High School Diploma or GED required.
