Job description
This position is responsible for identifying Children in Out of Home Care and will serve as a liaison
between schools, parents and guardians, the judicial system and appropriate agencies. This position will provide advocacy and assistance in meeting the physical, social, emotional and developmental needs of Children in Out of Home Care to enhance their functioning within the school system.
