Required qualifications, skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of architecture, engineering, construction, management or related field from an accredited institution; OR Certified General Contractor OR Certified Construction Manager and HS Diploma or equivalent.

Four (4) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Bachelor’s degree; OR Six (6) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Associate degree;
OR Eight (8) years of professional or technical experience in educational facilities design and construction with the High School Diploma.
