Position Goal This position is responsible for the administration of all programs that generate revenue to the District’s Transportation Department. This includes, but is not limited to: FTE, Charter Schools, Contracted Services, and Grant Programs.
Examples of Responsibilities:
To administer, audit, compile and analyze FTE data for submission to the state.
To coordinate charter school contracts, including assist the Director in the negotiation of these contracts.
To administer contracted services with other governmental agencies.
To Compile DOE Hazardous Walking Reports.
To administer grants for the department including ESE Transportation, Special Programs, and other grant programs.
To oversee accounts receivable function.
To perform other work-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
