Required qualifications, skills and experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Category 1 - HVAC Chiller Specialist (HVAC Journeyman): HVAC Journeyman Certification or higher; Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification (EPA Section 608); R-410A Certified (Within one (1) year of employment).
Category 2 - Electrician (Journeyman): Journeyman Electrician (Non-Residential) or higher.
Category 3 - Plumber (Journeyman): Journeyman Plumber or higher.
Category 4 - Welder-Burner (Certified 6G): Welder Certified 6G or higher.
Experience in other maintenance areas or trades desired
Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
