Record and track all property record items for the district, audit invoices, prepare financial reports to balance property to expenditure ledger, maintain files, and conduct inventory. Coordinate inventory, location, assignment and disposal of school board property.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
Vocational or Technical School, certification, training or apprenticeship required beyond high schools.
Minimum of 2 years property records experience or related accounting experience and/or educational equivalency.*
One course post high school accounting or one additional year of related experience**
Valid Driver’s License

*Related college education may be substituted for experience on a year to year basis.
**Course means one trimester in Adult Education or one semester at the college level.

Salary Range: $19.23 to $19.61
