Required qualifications, skills and experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
ServSafe or an approved food safety and sanitation course or the course must be completed during the first ninety (90) days of employment. School Nutrition Association (SNA) certification preferred.
Three (3) years' experience in Food service (an Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited vocational/technical school in the area of food production and service may take the place of one (1) year of experience). Food Service management preferred.
May be required to possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
