Job description
The Supervisor of Operational Systems/Human Resources serves as a technical point of contact and collaborates with subject matter experts across assigned functional areas to ensure the efficient maintenance and operation of Human Resources systems. This position is responsible for optimizing system functionality, maintaining data integrity and security, and generating meaningful reports and analyses to support process improvement initiatives. The role supports the implementation and ongoing maintenance of current and future Human Resources systems and plays a key role in Human Capital Management (HCM) upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst component of this role contributes to the overall effectiveness of HR operations through technical expertise and strategic system support.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources or related field.
Five (5) years of related experience in Education, Business or industry, or a Master’s degree in a related area, three (3) years of which must be in an area of Human Resources Management, Accounting, Data Management/retrieval, statistical analysis with demonstrated program coordination and supervisory skills.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
